The location of the hotel was perfect as it was only a short distance from the city centre and close to many city attractions. the room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. the staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service. the breakfast was fresh and generous, providing a good start to the day.

The facilities of the hotel were a little tired and the wellness description was slightly misleading.

We loved the hotel's location near the centre of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions by foot. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring all our needs were met. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delicious, providing us with the perfect start to each day.

The hotel had a great location close to all the city's attractions like museums and theaters. the staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. They even had a special Santa surprise on Christmas day. the breakfast was fresh, plentiful and offered a variety of food options for different tastes. the rooftop terrace with a view of the city was also a great feature that helped us relax and enjoy the scenery.

The outdoor pool area was overcrowded and noisy. There were not enough lounges and the music was very loud and unnecessary.

The hotel was centrally located which made it easy to get to all the places I needed to visit during my business trip. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff was very courteous and helpful, always ready to offer a smile and advice on tourist spots. , the views from the rooftop were amazing! It was a great place to relax after a long day of meetings and enjoy the scenery.

The hotel building looked outdated and could use a renovation. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, which made the room a bit uncomfortable.
